Purchasing & Credits

Every time you want to purchase something simply select the “quality” button you wish to purchase (low, medium, or high if available.) When you purchase a video on Crowd Visuals, you will be prompted to pay with available credits in your account. Click “Buy Now” and then confirm or cancel your purchase. If you do not have enough available credits, you may purchase more by clicking the “Buy Credits” button at the top of the page. Once you have purchased the selected media, your account will automatically be deducted the credits used and you will be able to download your media immediately.
After every purchase on Crowd Visuals, your files are stored in the “My Media” page in your account. To download your files, go to the “My Media” page, click on the orange “Quality” button next to the video you would like to download. Then click on the file type you want and the download process will begin. You won’t need to worry about downloading all three resolutions immediately upon purchase, as you can go back at any time and download the resolutions you need.

All purchases on Crowd Visuals are a la carte plus. This means if you purchase a medium quality file, you will also receive the low quality file at no additional cost. When you have previously purchased a file and want to upgrade to a higher quality, simply pay the difference between the quality level you have already purchased and the one you would like to purchase.

Resolutions are:

  • Scoreboard: Low 640×480
  • Scoreboard: Mid 1280×720
  • Scoreboard: High 3840×2160
  • Scoring Table: Low 960×240
  • Scoring Table: Mid 1920×360
  • Scoring Table: High 3840×720
  • Comp Scoreboard: 1024×576 with watermark
  • Comp Scoring Table: 960×180 with watermark
Crowd Visuals has the flexibility to purchase content in a manner that avoids timely checkout processes. Therefore, Crowd Visuals uses a credit-based payment system. When a user purchases a product, their credits are deducted from their credit balance and they can reload their account at any time. Its so simple. Unused credits at the end of a year roll over so your credits never expire. 1 Credit = 1 USD Dollar. Bonus credits are included in higher quantity purchases.
Crowd Visuals is unfortunately not able to allow payments by check online at this time. If you would like to pay by check, please contact our team at 615-724-1502. Please note that this process could take up to 3-5 business days. Please feel free to contact our team if you have any issues.
Due to the online nature of Crowd Visuals, we accept orders exclusively via the online checkout process*. Crowd Visuals does not provide any shippable media. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but we are not able to take phone orders. *Paying by check? Please see FAQ #5 above.
Crowd Visuals is happy to accept the following major credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. Crowd Visuals also accepts eCheck payments through PayPal.

Accounts

At the top of every page (before you login) you should see a tab that says “Login” click that tab and you will be prompted to log in. Fill in your information, and you will be set to go.

If you need to create an account, please hit the “Join” link to the right of the “Login” button, you will be prompted to create a login and password. Once you have filled that form out, you will be ready to go. You will need to finish adding your contact information prior to purchasing media.

Once you have logged into Crowd Visuals, you will be able to see in the upper right corner of every page your account balance. If you need to purchase more credits, please feel free to click the “Buy Credits” button to the right of your credit balance. If you have any issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Simply click “Forgot Password” on the log in page and you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. You&ll receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you are still having trouble, simply send us an email at questions@crowdvisuals.com or fill out the contact form, and someone from our team will get with you shortly about resetting your password or login information. We’re sorry for the inconvenience that may cause you.

Once you have logged in, click the “Account Center” tab in the upper right corner of the site. Here you will be able to edit all of your contact information.
Once you are logged into your account, just go to the “Account Center” and in the password section, just type in a new password, hit save and you're all set to go.

Downloads & Media

If you have downloaded a product that is not useable, please contact us with your product title and your issue. We will refund your credits and make sure to correct the issue for future purchases.

The "My Media" page stores all your purchases and allows you to download the resolution you need whenever you need it.
All of our motions will have a minimum of a medium quality (1280×720 or 1920×360) resolution. If you do not see one of those options, please contact us. We will make sure to get the file you are missing. If you are looking for the high quality (3840×2160 or 3840×720) file, please contact us and we will see if the product is available from that producer in the higher resolution.
All purchases from Crowd Visuals are final. That is why we include a free watermarked composition with every product to download before you buy. Please note, if you have downloaded a product that is not useable, corrupt, or the wrong file, please contact us with the product title and your issue.

Producers

The producers on Crowd Visuals are the group of people who provide content for our community. This group is the heart of Crowd Visuals and comprised of some incredibly creative, passionate and excellent content creators. If you feel like you and/or your company fit that profile, please take a look at the following requirements. When you are ready to apply, please email the Crowd Visuals team at questions@triplewidesports.com
  • Each producer must submit original and creative works in order to be approved.
  • Each submitted piece of media must be approved by the Crowd Visuals team.
  • Each Producer must upload clips in minimum resolutions. (See Clip Requirements)
  • Each Producer must have a minimum of 5 motions in order to be eligible for the application process.
  • Each Producer must sign a contract with Crowd Visuals and complete the required tax forms.
All motions on Crowd Visuals must contain at the minimum the medium quality (1280×720 or 1920×360) resolution for submission. See Producer application for all details.
We work as quickly as possible to retrieve, process, upload, and activate all submitted media. Please note it could take up to 5 business days to process media on the site. If you have any questions, email the Crowd Visuals team at questions@crowdvisuals.com

For specific details on what the Crowd Visuals team can and cannot deny or remove from the site, please make sure to reference your Crowd Visuals Producer Contract. Below are a few of the reasons we may deny or remove a product from our site:

  1. Clip Expiration – when you signed a contract with Crowd Visuals we have a clause that states that a clip can expire if not downloaded enough times within a 6 month period. This is the number one reason we remove content from the site. Our goal here is to remove clutter and let the members of our community decide what content they would like to stay on the site. Seasonal content is often times looked at as an exception to this clause.
  2. Quality of Full Resolution File – We are obsessed with high quality graphics and if there is a significant amount of noise, undesirable textures, artifacts or non-artistic film clutter we may have removed or denied the submission of the product. Sometimes when you export a file it has color banding, its motion is not smooth and clean or the video file is fragmented in various ways. These are sure signs of a product that will most likely be denied.
  3. Team Approval – One of the things we keep in place to create an accountable approval process is a team of people to look at a piece of media before it is denied submission. This team is looking for overall usefulness of the product, quality of submitted work, shot quality, composition and originality. We recommend only uploading the best quality products you and/or your team create. Our goal is to provide the highest quality content for our members and we appreciate your understanding of our team driven approval process.

For each product you submit, you'll need to send the following:

  1. Scoreboard - Medium Quality at a minimum (low quality if crop is not SD safe)
  2. Scoring Table - Medium Quality at a minimum (low quality if crop is not SD safe)

All media on Crowd Visuals is available for download 24/7. Simply log-in to your account and download your media again.

For producers, if you have a hard drive crash and lose content you've submitted to Crowd Visuals, please contact us directly at questions@crowdvisuals.com and we will be happy to assist you in retrieving your files.
