All purchases on Crowd Visuals are a la carte plus. This means if you purchase a medium quality file, you will also receive the low quality file at no additional cost. When you have previously purchased a file and want to upgrade to a higher quality, simply pay the difference between the quality level you have already purchased and the one you would like to purchase.
At the top of every page (before you login) you should see a tab that says “Login” click that tab and you will be prompted to log in. Fill in your information, and you will be set to go.
If you need to create an account, please hit the “Join” link to the right of the “Login” button, you will be prompted to create a login and password. Once you have filled that form out, you will be ready to go. You will need to finish adding your contact information prior to purchasing media.
Simply click “Forgot Password” on the log in page and you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. You&ll receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your password.

All media on Crowd Visuals is available for download 24/7. Simply log-in to your account and download your media again.
For producers, if you have a hard drive crash and lose content you've submitted to Crowd Visuals, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in retrieving your files.
There is a strong likelihood that Adobe had released a Flash Update and you'll need to update your Flash Player. You can check here for updates: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
